Tamsin Day Partner |
Tamsin qualified as a solicitor in 1991. Tamsin is on the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. She is also on the Headway panel because of her experience of claims involving people who have suffered an acquired brain injury.
Tamsin represents clients who have been injured at work or in road accidents (either as a pedestrian, motorcyclist, driver or passenger). The work accident claims vary in nature and complexity and include accidents involving an isolated incident to injuries caused by the repetitive nature of the work.
Her cases range in value and complexity as each case is different. Some clients who have been injured at an early stage in their life have been awarded significant sums in compensation because they have not been able to return to work or their earning capacity has been seriously impaired by their injuries and disability.
Tamsin also acts for the families of people who have unfortunately lost their lives as a result of fatal accidents.
Tamsin has an interest in horse riding and has handled numerous cases arising out of accidents involving horse riders, either because of the poor supervision of riding lessons or because other horse owners have failed properly to supervise their horses.
