Conveyancing Paralegal – Post exchange

We are looking for a Post Exchange paralegal to join our busy residential conveyancing department. The role involves working on conveyancing files from exchange of contracts onwards – preparing transfer deeds, requesting mortgage advances, notifying clients and agents on completion and dealing with post completion matters. Answering calls, dealing with written client enquiries, face to face and over the telephone, you would also work closely with conveyancers and other members of the team. You will have a good telephone manner, attention to detail but able to play an active role within the team and support other team members during busy times. Training will be provided
