Coronavirus Update and Marsons Solicitors – Lockdown #3
We have been through lockdowns and restrictions and these will continue for the foreseeable future.
What does this mean for our clients?
The property market and the courts are still operating. And so are we!
Marsons Solicitors remained operational throughout the pandemic and we are continuing to work as usual.
Our offices are closed to visitors. If you need to drop off documents, you can gain access to the building and leave them in our post box in the lobby. Please ensure they are in a sealed envelope with your name clearly marked.
Most of our staff are working from home, however this makes no difference to our service and you can still contact them as usual.
Our phones continue to operate as normal.
We will endeavour to meet any agreed deadlines, but please be aware that we cannot control how the current conditions will affect third parties or agencies. We will let you know if this is likely to impact you.
We are in this together, so what can you do to help?
- Please do not attend our offices. Access to the lobby is available for those dropping off documents.
- While we cannot hold client meetings in-person, we can arrange to communicate via Skype, Zoom and other video platforms. Also, telephone and emails are still working as usual.
Thank you for your support during these difficult times.
We are here to help and to provide you with effective legal services during these unprecedented times.
