    This seminar offers practical help to all housing professionals in managing and safeguarding vulnerable occupiers.

    Vulnerable tenants who display anti-social behaviour are often disengaged and isolated. While their challenging behaviour needs to be addressed, their individual needs must also be protected. This seminar will discuss how to involve outside agencies in supporting the vulnerable occupier and avoid the escalation of ongoing problems.
