    Private Client Paralegal needed to help us expand our wills and probate
    services

    We are looking for a private client paralegal with good communication skills and an ability to follow processes and  instructions, while using initiative to solve problems. You will have experience in drafting uncomplicated Wills and in administering estates, but with a desire to learn and develop your skills.

    You will be assisting one of the partners – the role includes taking instructions and drafting Wills, helping executors and administrators navigate the early stages of sorting out probate, inputting details of assets and liabilities to our case management system, assisting with the preparation of IHT forms and
    probate legal statements, realising the assets and paying out legacies, and generally helping to provide a great service to our valued clients at what can be a difficult time for them. Training in private client work and on our systems will be provided. In time and subject to performance, we want you to progress to running your own caseload as the team grows.

    You will be working in modern, open plan offices in Bromley, using bespoke workflow to generate documents, forms and correspondence.

    Salary from £ 28,000 depending on experience (plus pension, private health and other benefits). 23 days holiday plus your birthday off (if it’s on a working day).

    Motivated and collaborative residential conveyancing lawyer needed to join our busy team

    We have an opening for a proactive Residential conveyancing solicitor/CILEX/licensed conveyancer with the ability to move transactions forward, keep clients informed, and build links with local referrers. Ideally 1 to 2 years PQE but would suit a NQ with previous experience as a residential fee earner.

    You will run a mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases including one-off new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity and remortgages, using a case management system with full workflow and standard documents, with assistance from paralegals and an admin assistant.

    Conveyancing Paralegal needed to join our expanding and highly regarded new build team

    We are looking for a residential conveyancing paralegal with good communication skills and an ability to follow processes and instructions, while using initiative to solve problems. You will have experience in post exchange and post completion work but an interest to learn more and progress.

    You will be assisting our new build team throughout each transaction – the role includes AML and source of funds checks, assisting fee earners pre – exchange to progress transactions, preparing for completion and post completion, talking and corresponding with clients and agents to update them and answer their questions, and helping to provide a great service to our valued clients. Training in new build work and on our systems will be provided. In time, subject to performance, you may progress to a fee earner role in New Build department.
